In this video, we head to Lake Coatepeque, a stunning volcanic crater lake in El Salvador, and spend the night right on the water. It’s one of the most beautiful spots we’ve seen in Central America — and let’s just say, our peaceful lake getaway turned into a bit of a boozy night instead . The next morning (slightly hungover), we take on the Santa Ana Volcano hike — the tallest volcano in El Salvador. It was tougher than we expected, but the views from the top, including that insane green crater lake, made it all worth it. A whirlwind trip packed with laughs, incredible scenery, and a lot less relaxing than we’d planned!
